Licensing Models
Regular License
The basic license (referred to as regular) is "one development/one deployment" license which means that the component can be installed on a developer's machine during the development process and then later on it can be transferred with the application to the production environment.
Pricing in this licensing scheme is as follows:

License for Redistribution
Second licensing scheme (often referred as royalty-free) is intended for redistribution of the components along with application created. This scheme allows to install the components in the development environment and later include them with the distribution of the constructed application.
Pricing in this licensing scheme is as follows:

Purchasing a royalty-free license cannot be directly performed online and requires contacting us. Usually we issue an invoice which has to be paid with bank transfer or we arrange other form of payment. Tops reserves right to deny or set additional conditions on royalty-free licensing in particular cases.
Notes on Licensing
In both licensing schemes each protocol can be licensed separately or they can be purchased as a combination of desired protocols. Due to technical limitation license cannot be upgraded from regular to royalty-free after purchase.

Complete English text of the license that bounds both parties on the moment of purchase can be found in the license-en.txt file included in every copy of the installation package.
Upgrade
Upgrade license is available for owners of the regular license of the following products purchased before 1-st January 2011:
SMSC Relay ActiveX SDK (all versions)
SMSC Relay VCL SDK (all versions)
