TOPS is a small, dynamical company, which develops specialized computer software. Our portfolio contains a large number of products and tens of successful projects. They resulted in our big experience and inside solutions that enable us create most sophisticated computer software.

Because we develop software which will be used by the people - we attach big importance to the quality of user's interface as well as efficiency and functionality of solutions we creat. Profile
We specialize in developing modern software assigned for turnkey systems for direct user, as well as software prepared for further distribution. We develop software basing on the most modern technologies - our software is both masterful and accurate.
- Our standard software for handling data coming from electronic media research - NewTone program enables simultaneous analysis of data coming from research of many media. It is a platform, on which a number of unique research projects have been conducted. It is also a flexible tool for specialized analysis of research material. We have tools and experience that enable us satisfy specialized needs concerning computer background for media research.
- For mobile communication systems we offer MessageRelay software. It enables quick integration of computer systems with mobile forms of communication. We also offer libraries for communication with infrastructure of mobile operators SMSC Relay ActiveX SDK and SMSC Relay VCL SDK as well as developing software for its servicing.
- Apart from developing own products we also work on contractual terms as sub-contractor. The range of our activities comprises all stages of developing software: needs analysis, project, coding, integration and implementation.
